To ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the warehouses during demand peaks, FM Logistics hires temporary employees. However, the activities of these employees haven't been tracked before. It was necessary to develop a unified system to manage temporary employees, to automate the invoicing procedures, to manage claims and calculate employee performance KPIs, with an opportunity of sending documentation and reports to third-party companies.
