Norgau is a Russian company that develops, produces, and supplies a full range of premium-class tools and equipment.

The client wanted to synchronise data on more than 600 thousand SKUs in the PIM system, with the opportunity of import optimisation and the processing of price offers for product groups, with account for the complexity of document flow and project pricing.

OBJECTIVE

There were more than 600 thousand SKUs in customer's online shop, and all the product data was stored in different systems, which complicated the website development effort.

Integration of the PIM system on Magento allowed Norgau to synchronize the entire array of product catalogue data in a single system by categories and groups to facilitate operation and data processing.

As there was a large quantity of products on Magento, import was taking a long time.

Import optimization on PIM helped increase the speed and the frequency of product updates on the website.
