Challenge
To ensure that warehouses operate smoothly during periods of high demand, FM Logistic hires additional temporary staff. However, these personnel have not been traced before. It was necessary to develop a common system for managing temporary staff, automate business processes for billing, managing claims and calculating employees' KPIs, with the ability to send documentation and reports to third-party companies.
Solution
Integration of Pimcore as a unified data management system, taking into account the following circumstances:
- each system has its own level;
- adding new processes should be easy;
- business processes are managed through jBPM.
