  • who is able to understand the essence of the project and transform the client's wishes into goals and metrics;
  • who knows how to motivate and increase the team's interest;
  • able to communicate with people of different social status;
  • striving to develop both the project itself and the entire team.

What is to be done:

  • monitor and review the progress of the project with the team;
  • plan together with the team and the client (construction, control, reflection, adjustment);
  • involve the team in solving problems and developing the project; share the idea, not using developers only “like hands”;
  • prepare and maintain documentation on the group's existing activities;
  • keep the focus on values for the project and the client, rather than on technologies;
  • comply with the company's project management processes;
  • ensure transparency of work and issue invoices for the client;
  • show empathy in working with the client, understand the manager's motivations/expectations/problems on the client's side; work with him as a partner, not as an object;
  • maintain an expert position in front of the client, grow your own expertise in technologies and approaches; offer and argue for optimal solutions;
  • monitor the profitability of the project.
