I was very intrigued by the small-team approach: how to deliver large tasks with just a few people, how realistic it is to get an MVP in 21 days, and how to do it systematically.
At the internship the KT.Team folks shared their approaches to working on projects, and it's clear the secret to effectiveness isn't some hidden trick of small teams but many systemic ingredients — for example, team engagement. Even after a single day of conversation you can see how engaged the team is, and that's admirable.
