We met them at a conference: they spoke so well about their management approach and invited everyone interested to visit and exchange experience that we decided we had to go 🚗 ⭐Together we held a strategy session where we identified growth areas and 2 big ideas that will help us become even better. ⭐We were also impressed by their office - the greenest office in CIS.

Plants are used here for decor, space zoning, and improving air quality 🪴 ⭐We could not resist exploring the market

Tolyatti and the nearby city of Samara: we split into two groups and met with local business owners from different industries, drawing inspiration from interesting ideas.

We are increasingly convinced that experience sharing and cross-pollination are a powerful development tool.

I was very intrigued by the small-team approach: how to deliver large tasks with just a few people, how realistic it is to get an MVP in 21 days, and how to do it systematically.

At the internship, the KT.Team people shared their project work approaches, and it is clear that the secret to efficiency is not some hidden trick in small teams, but many systemic factors, such as team engagement. Even after one day of conversation, you can see how engaged the team is, and that is impressive

The internship was not about instant success or a silver bullet, like we found the answer and now everything is great. It was mostly about the work that takes a lot of effort.
