Here plants are used for decor, to zone the space, and to improve the air 🪴 ⭐We couldn't resist exploring the market in Tolyatti and the neighboring city of Samara: we split into 2 groups and met local owners of various businesses, drawing inspiration from interesting ideas. At the internship the KT.Team folks shared their approaches to working on projects, and it's clear the secret to effectiveness isn't some hidden trick of small teams but many systemic ingredients — for example, team engagement. Even after a single day of conversation you can see how engaged the team is, and that's admirable.
