DATAREON: the enterprise data bus that clears integration "spaghetti"

A CIS ESB/integration platform (ESB → DATAREON Platform): systems stop calling each other directly and communicate through the bus with guaranteed delivery.

Loose coupling first: 200+ systems connect to a single bus through one exchange contract instead of an unmaintainable many-to-many web of connections.

PIM / MDM / DAM

Product data has a single source of truth

PIM/MDM/DAM speeds up SKU launch and improves data quality: 1C/ERP stay as the accounting system, PIM becomes the managed content layer, and DATAREON moves data without point-to-point links.

118k+companies use Pimcore as a mature open-source platform
41k+SKU in one PIM with ERP and B2B portal integration
61%companies report higher data quality after PIM

Pimcore

Open-source PIM/MDM/DAM without vendor lock-in, with attribute models, DAM, and API channels.

Akeneo

PIM for managing attributes, completeness, workflow, and publishing product cards to channels.

Left: 6 systems (1C, CRM, warehouse/WMS, website, marketplace, BI) wired directly "each to each" — a tangle of ~15 fragile links that break when any system is replaced. Right: the same systems connected to the central DATAREON bus (broker + guaranteed delivery + transformation + monitoring) — 6 links instead of 15, event-driven async exchange, fault-tolerant N-1 cluster; any system can be switched off or replaced without touching the others.

A bus instead of point-to-point: one contract

Systems talk through the bus rather than "each to each" — the number of links grows linearly, not quadratically. A new system connects to one point without touching its neighbors.

Loose coupling and transferability

Any system (1C, warehouse, website, marketplace) can be replaced or handed to another contractor without rewriting integrations — vendor lock-in within the landscape is removed.

Guaranteed delivery and asynchronous exchange

A message is not lost even if the receiver is down: it waits in the queue and is delivered on recovery. Peak loads do not break integration — exchange runs without loss.

Fault-tolerant cluster on an N-1 scheme

If one node fails, exchange continues on the rest. The integration layer stops being a single point of failure for the whole enterprise.

Data transformation and enrichment (low-code)

Formats are mapped to the required shape visually, without modifying the end systems (csv↔xml, different encodings, reference data). Integration is not constrained by the source's limitations.

Certified integration with 1C:Enterprise 8

Applied solutions on 1C 8.3 plug seamlessly into enterprise exchange ("1C-Compatible" status). 1C does not become a monolith but turns into one of equal participants.

Real-time exchange monitoring and control

Errors are visible the moment they occur, not after the fact. Proactive diagnostics reduce downtime and data discrepancies between systems.

The message as a reusable entity

Data is not just moved from A to B but stored and reused across processes — the bus becomes a shared layer of data and end-to-end business processes.

100% import independence, CIS software registry

The solution is in the CIS software registry (No. 322712), with no foreign components — removing sanction and regulatory risks for enterprise.

Approach

How we deploy Datareon

Without modifying the core

We do not fork or patch the Datareon core. Datareon stays on the standard, updatable version — business logic goes into separate microservices alongside it, so platform updates do not break your customizations.

International Standards, Not Homegrown Hacks

Where a mature international solution exists, we use it instead of inventing our own protocol or platform. Before writing code, we study how the problem is already solved in the industry.

Transferability

The solution is loosely coupled and documented: it can be handed over between teams and contractors without rewriting. You are not tied to us.

AI compatibility

Datareon in the AI loop

The bus as an event source for AI agents

Every message on the bus is a business-process event. An AI agent subscribes to a stream (order created, stock changed) and reacts automatically without polling systems directly.

A single data point for RAG and analytics

The platform already collects and enriches data from disparate systems in a shared store — a ready grounding layer for enterprise RAG without building a separate pipeline.

An MCP wrapper over the integration loop

The bus can be exposed as an MCP tool: an LLM agent initiates exchange and reads statuses through a standard context layer without knowing the connector details of specific systems.

Obfuscation of personal data on the way to the model

Since system traffic passes through the bus, this layer is the logical place to anonymize personal data before sending it to an external LLM and restore it in the response.

AI agents instead of manual connector setup

KT.Team builds AI agents that help configure routes and transformations, speeding up the launch of new data flows on the bus.
