  • Odoo 19 has a foundation for AI scenarios, but they need to be integrated through a controlled environment

Cons

  • Odoo does not replace architecture work: without module boundaries, customization quickly becomes a new monolith
  • CIS accounting and industry regulatory processes often require localization or a link to 1C
  • API and custom integrations depend on the plan and deployment architecture, and must be checked before the project
  • User adoption is critical: if managers and warehouse join late, the system will need quick rework after the MVP
