How we approach retail
We don't start with a big year-long blueprint. We take one process, quickly remove losses, measure the impact and move to the next.
Process by process
First we pick a process with a direct impact on money: stock, cards, promo, orders, returns or supplies. We deliver a working optimization, not an architecture deck.
Simple doesn't mean easy
Drawing a complex diagram is easy. Harder is removing extra steps, manual reconciliations and fragile links so the process becomes clear to the business and support.
Weak connectivity
We connect POS, 1C, WMS, PIM, CRM and marketplaces via API, events and an integration layer. A system can be replaced or a channel added without rewriting the whole landscape.
Change platform
We move rules, statuses, approval routes and reference data into a managed layer so IT, product teams and power users can change processes without a cascade of rework.
Data and reliability
A unified product loop, exchange monitoring and DORA/SRE practices enable frequent releases without losing stability during sales and seasonal peaks.
Where retail loses money
