Challenge
BetBoom needed a managed financial contour in which budget, requests, approval, payment and plan/fact run through a single process. In MVP1, KT.Team built the framework for handling requests and payments: users enter requests in the system, approvers work along a single route, payments are recorded against paid requests, and plan/fact becomes part of management control.
Solution
The project materials define target KPIs, not achieved metrics: at least 85% of requests must be entered into the system, at least 80% approved on time, at least 75% paid on time, and at least 95% of payments must be recorded against paid requests. The result is an MVP financial control framework with a clear scope, roles, user go-live dates, and a measurable acceptance framework.
