Challenge
For Kenguru, KT.Team handled the launch and stabilization of the SALE/e-commerce storefront: catalog, user journey, checkout, delivery, search, performance, and a manual address-entry fallback when dadata is unavailable. Work followed the chain preparation -> demo -> release -> post-release fixes. Performance measures were also implemented: caching of the section tree, breadcrumbs, and menu.
Solution
Result: a full e-commerce case study focused on the user journey from storefront to payment and delivery, as well as interface resilience during external service outages.
