FM Logistic is an international logistics company providing warehousing, handling and packaging services, as well as supply chain management.
Challenge
To keep warehouses running smoothly during periods of high demand, FM Logistic hires additional temporary staff. However, this staff had not previously been tracked. It was necessary to develop a single system for managing temporary staff, automate the business processes for invoicing, claims management, and employee KPI calculation, and enable the sending of documentation and reports to third-party companies.
Solution
Pimcore integration as a single data management system, taking the following circumstances into account:
- each system has its own level;
- adding new processes should be simple;
- business process management is handled through jBPM.
