Challenge

OSNO-VA is a KT.Team product for companies that need to reduce manual accounting work without making changes inside 1C. The goal was not to build a chatbot with tips, but to create an execution-focused AI layer: the agent receives a request or trigger, checks the action against the rules, works with 1C and related systems, and leaves an audit trail.

Solution

The solution rests on three layers: management accounting and a data mart, Sloy as the company's machine-readable context, plus skills and AI agents that execute the operations. OSNO-VA can issue documents on request, run payroll calculations by the rules, keep order across several 1C databases, and connect to systems via API or MCP. For large companies there is an on-premise scenario: data, rules, and executable agents stay inside the customer's perimeter.

Architecture

The result of the project is a product platform where accounting processes are turned into verifiable rules and agent-executed actions: people handle exceptions, while routine operations run 24/7 with a recorded audit trail.
