Challenge
S.Pass is a system for tracking construction workers, issuing passes, and related reporting. In this project, KT.Team handled service handover and stabilization: access, audit, gate control/access control, the mobile app, SMS, and infrastructure optimization. The materials document access and support handoff materials, an optimization plan for PostgreSQL, Redis, and OpenSearch, as well as an analysis of recurring access control/SMS failures.
Solution
There is no confirmed savings figure, so the result is framed operationally: the service is brought into a supportable state, risks and infrastructure bottlenecks become visible, and the team gets a stabilization plan.
