Challenge
A major developer needed an MVP for contract and mortgage processing: mortgage applications, document auto-generation, statuses, notifications, and 1C DO and CRM integration. KT.Team refined the workflow to demo-ready status: aligned statuses with 1C DO, configured automatic document generation, built a notification pipeline (notification-feed -> notification-service -> websocket/email), and connected document workflow with user scenarios.
