Challenge
The Calzedonia project grew a large PIM/e-commerce landscape: product data, storefront, media, availability, Kafka and Lamoda integration. KT.Team handled media discrepancies, placeholders, availability recalculation, PIM-Lamoda mapping, SEO links and product publishing rules.
Solution
The materials contain no quantitative metrics, so the case records a technical result: stabilized data and product publishing between PIM, the storefront and an external marketplace, where the quality of product cards, media and availability directly affect e-commerce operations.
