Challenge
The Puig project grew an online store for employees with SAP integration. KT.Team added a SAP log, XML exchange history in the order card, a manual resend-to-SAP button and statuses in the personal account. This is not a case with a confirmed final launch, so the result is stated within the engineering scope only: the integration became observable, the administrator sees the exchange history and can repeat a send, and the user gets a clear order status.
