Challenge
One of CIS's top-3 developers needed a complex enterprise design-management system: schedules, Gantt, pilot projects, migration from Digital GIP, and integration with Naumen and the portal. The materials record a completed scenario of splitting a drawing album into sections and returning it to schedule, preparing a pilot launch via projects, plus an MVP of the top-3 CIS developer -> Naumen flow with LLM/script-based ticket classification.
Solution
Result - the design management framework evolved into a single controlled process where planning, data migration, and integration scenarios come together.
