Challenge
Luxter needed to build management P&L financial reporting on a clear, transferable architecture. KT.Team deployed a PostgreSQL DWH and Metabase, prepared data loading from Odoo, roles, schemas, a P&L cube, exchange rates, an administrator runbook, and a test-case checklist. The project claims no quantitative business metrics but records the engineering result of the first stage: data is loaded into the DWH, visualized in the BI layer, and administration and result verification are documented in transferable artifacts.
Solution
This approach reduces reporting's dependence on manual spreadsheets and gives the management accounting base a reproducible technical foundation.
