Connection takes 1 to 3 days. You configure document exchange in the 1C interface: no additional modules need to be installed. The system automatically syncs with your counterparty database and pulls in up-to-date details. Below is a step-by-step connection guide. 1. Check readiness. Make sure you have a qualified electronic signature from an accredited center - the same one used for filing reports with the Federal Tax Service. Check that your 1C is updated to the latest version.
2. Activate the system. "Administration" → "Electronic document exchange" → "Exchange with counterparties" and enable the "EDO services" option. 3. Choose an electronic signature. The system will prompt you to select a digital signature certificate. If no crypto provider is installed, install CryptoPro or ViPNet CSP and import the certificate. 4. Register with an operator. Choose a 1C-EDO operator from the partner list (Astral, Diadoc, Taxcom and others) and register your organization. 5. Send invitations to counterparties.
Via the "Counterparties" → "EDO" → "Invite to exchange" section. Without this step, document exchange is impossible. 6. Set up employee access rights. Allow the accountant to sign documents and the manager only to view them. This helps avoid errors and keep the process under control. 7. Enable notifications. The system reminds you and your counterparty if something is not signed on time.
This helps avoid overdue payments and speeds up deal closing. Important! 1C technical support does not store electronic signature passwords - this data stays only with you.
If you lose the password, you will have to issue a new certificate. When you connect the service, our specialists will help you register with the operator, set up exchange with Diadoc or SBIS, and train your staff to work in the 1C interface - without involving programmers. Pricing and plans: you pay only for outgoing documents, while incoming ones are always free. This suits companies with a high volume of incoming e-document exchange.
Documents are counted in packages: each contains an invoice and two supporting documents. Current service pricing:
| Plan | Limit (document sets per month) | Package price |
| Free | 5 | 0 rubles |
| EDO Start | 20 | RUB 3,150/year |
| 1C:ITS TECHNO | 50 | Included in the subscription price |
| 1C:ITS PROF | 100 | Included with the subscription |
| Prepaid 500 | 500 | RUB 4,988/year |
| Prepaid 5000 | 5000 | RUB 37,500/year |
Large companies with a document volume of 1,000+ sets per month, we recommend 1C:ITS PROF or prepaid packages of 5,000+ sets - they offer a cost of up to 5 rubles per set. For mid-sized businesses1C:ITS TECHNO or a prepaid plan for 500 document sets is more cost-effective - this optimizes spending without overpaying for unused documents.
If you do not want to handle registration, exchange setup, and roaming yourself, we can set up 1C EDI turnkey: auto-signing, auto-sending, and status tracking; average launch time is 14 business days.
