Challenge
A major developer project required stabilizing the end-to-end paid reservation process: payment flow, Sberbank integration, invoice and payment statuses, cancellations, rejections, and smoke tests on IFT. KT.Team managed the code fix → MR → IFT → smoke cycle, eliminated payment-url, SSL, and 500-error issues in the staging environment, and refined the paid reservation behavior to the agreed scenario.
Solution
The materials contain no confirmed data on sales growth or payback, so the result is stated in engineering terms: the payment scenario was brought to verifiable behavior on test environments, and the team gained a reproducible process for stabilizing reservation and payment.
